About the event
Join Cristel, owner & Reiki practitioner of Calm Shores Reiki & Sarah, owner & sound energy practitioner of Hummingbird Harmonics, for an hour of relaxing Reiki energy and realigning Sound Bath vibrations. Sarah will lead a guided meditation followed by playing soothing, realigning sounds on a variety of healing instruments. Cristel will move around the space and channel healing Reiki energy to everyone in the group.
Please dress comfortably for the evening.
Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time. The doors will open at 3:45 p.m.
