Join Sarah, Sound Energy Practitioner/owner of Hummingbird Harmonics and Elizabeth, Reiki Master Practitioner/owner of Firefly Reiki & Energy Healing to align your energy as we shift into the Autumn season.
During the hour-long event, experience relaxing Reiki energy from Elizabeth, while Sarah immerses you in deeply soothing vibrations from an array of healing instruments. Elizabeth will move around the room and offer Reiki to each participant. Sarah will intuitively play healing instruments and vocalize while Reiki is being shared. This is truly a deeply meditative, restorative session.
Dress Comfortably.
Bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow & water.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and Honor the start time.

This afternoon's event includes a guided meditation, a balancing Sound Bath and Reiki. Please dress comfortably & remember to bring a mat, blanket, pillow, & water to make yourself comfortable. Please arrive a few minutes early to get ready & honor the start time. The doors open at 2:45 p.m.
