About the event
Join Sarah, Sound Energy Practitioner of Hummingbird Harmonics and Cristel, Reiki Practitioner of Calm Shores Reiki Healing, for an hour of realigning reiki energy & soothing sound bath vibrations.
The evening will include a guided meditation, individual reiki energy given by Cristel and an immersive sound bath given by Sarah. Take time to reconnect with your heart space and ground your energy which will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated.
