Full Moon Sound Bath

Let’s celebrate the full moon together by releasing what no longer is needed and renewing your energy during this sound bath event. The evening will begin with a guided meditation and then you will experience an array of healing instruments, including singing bowls, tuning forks, and a gong.  All you have to do is find a spot on the floor in the Cafe, lay down, close your eyes and relax.  The vibrations will do the rest of the work.  Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the beautiful cafe to renew your mind, body, and spirit.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to get ready for an amazing evening.
