Full Moon Sound Bath

Let’s celebrate the energy of the Full ”Cold” Moon together by releasing what no longer is needed and receiving renewing energy.  The evening will include a relaxing guided meditation followed by soothing, meditative vibrations from many healing instruments such as, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, buffalo drum, shakers & gong.

-Please dress comfortably for the evening.

-Remember to bring a mat, blanket, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.

-Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time.
