Full "Wolf" Moon Sound Bath

Let’s celebrate the energy of the Full ”Wolf” Moon together by releasing what no longer is needed and receiving renewing energy.  The evening will begin with a meditation and then an array of healing instruments will be played (including crystal quartz singing bowls, bronze singing bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, steel tongue drum, tuning forks, and a gong).

*Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the cafe and receive the vibrations.
