Heart-Centered Sound Bath

Come rejuvenate yourself with a loving sound bath.  This evening’s sound bath will focus upon filling our hearts with love and compassion.  We’ll also send out loving vibes to the Earth and all her inhabitants.

I’m Sarah, and I’ll play an array of healing instruments chosen to help you achieve the ultimate meditative state.  These instruments include crystal quartz singing bowls, a buffalo drum, shakers, a gong, tuning forks, bronze singing bowls, a steel tongue drum, a crystal pyramid and a Zaphir Chime. You get to ride the waves of resonance into deep relaxation and healing, while I do all of the work.

Please bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the beautiful cafe and soak up the healing vibrations.
