Do you need to release stress? Let go of stagnant energy? Â Take some time for yourself to recharge, release, and renew your energy during this sound bath event. Â The evening will begin with a guided meditation and then you will experience an array of healing instruments, including singing bowls, tuning forks, and a gong. Â All you have to do is find a spot on the floor in the Cafe, lay down, close your eyes and relax. Â The vibrations will do the rest of the work.
*Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the beautiful cafe to renew your mind, body, and spirit.
*Please arrive 15 minutes early to get ready for an amazing evening.
