Let’s celebrate the energy of the season together by going within and giving gratitude. The evening will begin with a meditation and then an array of healing instruments will be played (including crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, and a gong). Bring your own mat, blanket, etc.

*Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the cafe and receive the vibrations. Please dress comfortably.
