The evening will begin with a meditation and then an array of healing instruments will be played (including crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, and a gong).
*Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the cafe and receive the vibrations.
