About the event
Autumn is upon us. It's a time to slow down and prepare for the darker months ahead. Come unwind and go within during this peaceful, aligning sound bath. Tonight's sound bath features a guided meditation and deeply meditative sounds from an array of healing instruments.
Please dress comfortably for the evening.
Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.
Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time. The doors will open at 6:45 p.m.
PARKING: Parking is available directly in front of Awaken Yoga building (it is okay to park on the grass next to the front door), in the four last parking spots directly across the street from Awaken Yoga, in front of the large, green, garage door at the end of the building (All Out Grafix & Design) and down the right side…

Tonight's event includes a guided meditation & balancing Sound Bath. Please dress comfortably & remember to bring a mat, blanket, pillow, & water to make yourself comfortable. Please arrive a few minutes early to get ready & honor the start time. PARKING is available directly in front of the studio, also in the last 4 parking spots across the road from the studio, in front of the garage door on the end of the building (All Out Grafix & Design) & down the right side of Sumner Ln.
