Season of Light Sound Bath

Let’s celebrate this season together by filling your mind, body & spirit with love, light and vibrations from an immersive, meditative sound bath.  The evening will begin with a guided meditation. Then an array of healing instruments will be played (crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, gong, etc.).

*Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, and anything else that will make you comfortable while you lie down in the cafe and receive the vibrations.
