September Sound Bath: Autumn Equinox

Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox together while receiving renewing energy from an immersive sound bath. Take some time for yourself to recharge, balance, & usher in the new season. The evening will include a relaxing guided meditation followed by soothing, meditative vibrations from many healing instruments such as, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, buffalo drum, shakers & gong.

-Please dress comfortably for the evening.

-Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.

-Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time.
