Sound Bath with Fairfax Recreation Program

Come rejuvenate yourself with a loving sound bath. This evening’s sound bath will focus upon filling our hearts with love and compassion, then collectively sending out loving vibes to the Earth and all her inhabitants.

The evening will include a relaxing guided meditation followed by soothing, meditative vibrations from multiple healing instruments such as, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, buffalo drum, shakers, chimes & ocean drum.

Please dress comfortably for the evening.

Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable while you lie down on the floor to receive the vibrations during the event.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time.
